Hi, I'm Louise, 

I'm a counsellor, but I am also a mum, wife, daughter and sister. I'm a down to earth 57 year old who doesn't use jargon, likes to keep things simple- with a huge dollop of warmth and acceptance for everyone I meet. 

​

I get it, you are looking for a good match, someone with whom you can get a connection with, after-all you want to feel free to talk about anything and be comfortable. Even If you find yourself crying or laughing in a session, its all important stuff along the way. Our relationship is key to your therapy journey.

​

I work online (video link) or by telephone and I have availability at the moment. If you want to bring your pet to the session then this is welcome too!

I work with a wide range of client difficulties, particularly anxiety.  I have helped many clients with their anxiety over the years. 

​

I have 12 years of experience supporting clients with great feedback. It means a lot to me when clients offer this feedback.

​

As well as working with anxiety I also have experience and expertise in helping people struggling with their feelings following a miscarriage/baby loss/stillbirth and the grief that accompanies this loss.

1 hour sessions £55. I offer short term or long term therapy to suit your needs.

​

That said, i have worked with many clients for a wide range of issues, so whether it is grief and loss or anxiety or something else....I can help you.

It doesn't matter who we are or what we do, sometimes we reach a point where we feel unable to cope. Feelings of despair, anxiety or hopelessness can overcome us and it can be difficult to see a way out.
